BALANCED DIET

Job.1.22 – In all this Job did not sin nor charge God with wrong.
In this earthly life, there are physical items that we require for our physical sustenance. Because of the ever changing world we live in, there are so many other things that only a few years ago were considered a luxury that today most of us cannot live without. Though there are some basic human needs that every human needs, such as food, water, shelter, and clothes, there are some that are considered a luxury in some parts of the world whilst they are a need in other parts.
When the Bible says in Deut. 8:3 that man can not live on bread alone, the word bread there does not only represent the bread we know, but is representing all our physical needs on this earth. Therefore, each one of us requires this “physical bread” and the spiritual bread, which is the Word of God for us to have a balanced diet that will bring Glory and Honour to God.
The devil’s major aim in all this is to deprive us of our physical bread so that we are forced to engage in activities that contradict the Word of God. I know right there is someone out there who is at this very moment engaging in some ungodly activities in order to have this physical bread. For you to access new levels being unlocked this year, no matter how much the devil afflicts your outer man, never allow those circumstances to force you to engage in activities that will pollute your inner man.
TODAY’S MEDITATION
Matt.4.4 – But He answered and said, “It is written, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”‘
