SURRENDERING ALL

Acts 19:19 Also, many of those who had practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. And they counted up the value of them, and it totaled fifty thousand pieces of silver.
Many of us, especially here in Africa, have at one point in our lives sought help from some ungodly sources when we were faced with challenges. In most cases we were given some charms or stones or water to use or were asked to buy some pieces of cloth, knives or certain rods that we were asked to keep and perform certain rituals with.
This, most of us did before we knew the Truth. However what matters is, what did we do with these things when we came to the Light? Some of us we made the error of disposing such things on our own. Some of us we are still holding on to such things. Remember when we bought these things certain words were spoken upon them by spiritualists or witch doctors and thus when we received those items we were entering into certain covenants. For us to be totally disconnected from these things we need to surrender them to highly anointed servants of God whom God have given the anointing to break such covenants.
This is why when Paul preached in the province of Asia, many who had practiced witchcraft or magic or had sought help from ungodly sources surrendered their articles to Paul in full view of everyone and had them burnt. I do not know what you were given in the past or from whom. No matter how small it may seem in your sight, you need to surrender it to true servants of God for you to be totally disconnected from any demonic covenant you may have entered into.

Deuteronomy 7:25 “You must burn their idols in fire, and you must not covet the silver or gold that covers them. You must not take it or it will become a trap to you, for it is detestable to the Lord your God.
