GUARD YOUR SOUL

Mark.16.20 – And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.
After our Lord Jesus Christ had risen from the dead, He gave the apostles the commission to go and preach the Gospel to every creature. To confirm that the Gospel that they were preaching was the undiluted, true Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, Jesus accompanied the Word they preached with signs and miracles.
This means the first thing that should prove to you that the Gospel being preached to you is indeed the undiluted and true Gospel is the manifestation of signs and miracles. The blind must be able to see, the captive must be set free, the sick must be healed, the barren must have children, etc, whenever the Gospel is preached.
However, nowadays, it is no longer the mere manifestation of signs and miracles when the Word is preached, which testifies that this is the true Gospel. Many false prophets and preachers of the Word have gone out into the world and are performing “mighty signs and wonders” and drawing huge crowds that they are able to deceive even the elect. To add to the danger, many of them will not even be exposed until Judgement Day.
In short, signs and wonders alone are no longer the evidence or the confirmation that the Gospel preached in a certain place is the undiluted Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Many of us have been led astray because we are busy chasing these signs and miracles. Pray for the gift of discernment that gives you the ability to discern whether the spirit operating in any place is the spirit of God or some other spirit. Be jealous of your soul by not allowing any voice you come across to minister to it.

Matt.24.24 – For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
