FIRM FOUNDATION…

In his kindness God called you to his eternal glory by means of Jesus Christ. After you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation. (1 Peter 5:10)
What determines how big or how tall, I mean how many floors up the building should hold is it’s foundation. Having a little knowledge about building or structures, I believe a good and strong building must have a firm foundation.
So many materials must be involved in such a foundation, a deep, reinforced with steel, concrete, brick, mortar and river sand. These must be quality and in suitable quantities. For example, it’s not just ordinary river sand but must be river sand which is well graded, clean and free from organic materials. Dear Beloved one, what’s in your Christian foundation? How deep and strong? When floodwaters (life challenges) hits will your house stand against it?
