LEND TO GOD

Therefore I also have lent him to the LORD; as long as he lives he shall be lent to the LORD.” So they worshiped the LORD there. (1 Samuel 1:28)
It is very true that the Lord God owns everything. What we have comes from Him. What we are It’s Him so there’s nothing that we can say or claim it’s ownership. It came a time when the crowd by the lake of Gennesaret was pressing in on Jesus Christ to hear the word of God; Jesus had to borrow Simon’s boat…..
Luke 5:3 Getting into one of the boats, which was Simon’s, he asked him to put out a little from the land. And he sat down and taught the people from the boat.
When Jesus returned it back the boat was not empty… Oh glory be to God!!!… I believe, this was Hannah’s idea; she was in need of a male child and she knew that God needed a “son” to replace Priest Eli’s sons so Hannah had to lent to God. Thus, at the end of the story we saw Hannah blessed with five more children.
What is it that you want the Lord to give you? Can you give it back in return for double, fifty or hundredfold? As you give thanks to the Lord, the Lord is going to double or multiply it more whatever you are to “lend” to the Lord.
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
👉 1 Samuel 2:20-21And Eli would bless Elkanah and his wife, and say, “The LORD give you descendants from this woman for the loan that was given to the LORD.” Then they would go to their own home. And the LORD visited Hannah, so that she conceived and bore three sons and two daughters. Meanwhile the child Samuel grew before the LORD.

Proverbs 19:17 He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD, And He will pay back what he has given.

Lord, it all belongs to you…I give it back to you!!!
