SETTING A REMINDER

Josh.4.6 – that this may be a sign among you when your children ask in time to come, saying, “What do these stones mean to you?’
Josh.4.7 – Then you shall answer them that the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the LORD; when it crossed over the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. And these stones shall be for a memorial to the children of Israel forever.”
After God had parted the waters of the River Jordan and the children of Israel had crossed safely on dry ground, Joshua instructs them to build a memorial both on the floor bed of the river and on the ground. This memorial stands to this day as a permanent reminder to generations to come of the mighty power of God seen at the Jordan River.
It is important that each time God does something for you, you create a memorial. This month as we are raising an altar to counter all evil altars, God is already doing great things in your life. There are big tenders being won, job breakthroughs, health restoration, marriage breakthroughs and restoration, financial breakthroughs are being released. In fact God is already fixing a lot of areas in your life right now as we speak. It is important that each time God does something for you, you create a memorial that will remind you in future of that deed. Not only that, but the memorial will also act as a point of referral, a reminder to generations to come of the power of God witnessed at that time.
This is the time to raise another altar that will serve as a reminder to your children and the generations to come. In the future when your children ask, “What does this altar mean?” you shall tell them of the great works that God has done for you in this month.
