THE POWER OF GIVING

2Cor.9.8 – And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
Giving is one topic some preachers of the Gospel choose to shy away from. In fact we have witnessed other servants of God attacking fellow servants of God who teach this topic. In most churches you will get very few AMENS when you preach the Word on giving. Yet it is giving that provokes the material or tangible benefits of God.
In today’s Scripture, God is saying when you give, I will release more to you so that you will be able to give out more in the future and still be left with plenty more. In other words, for example, God is saying if you have $20 and you give out $10 you are left with $10. Next time I will give you $30 so that you can give out $15 and be left with $15. In short the more you give out the more God will trust you as His vehicle to bless others. This is one Secret to Success that I have mustered over the years. I give not because I have much, but I give because I expect more in return from God. And He has never disappointed me. Try this God. Be a giver for you to unlock the material blessings from God.
