JUST BELIEVE

Judg.4.9 – So she said, “I will surely go with you; nevertheless there will be no glory for you in the journey you are taking, for the LORD will sell Sisera into the hand of a woman.” Then Deborah arose and went with Barak to Kedesh.
Prophetess Deborah gave this prophetic Word that Sisera would be killed by a woman. Having understood that Prophetess Deborah was a woman and that she was also now going to the battlefield, I bet, for most of us, the very first time we read this Scripture, we assumed that Sisera would be killed by Deborah herself. I believe we also thought that he would die by the sword during the actual battle.
Reading this Scripture further, we will learn that Sisera was not killed by Deborah, neither was he killed at the battlefield nor by the sword. God, as He always does, had His own ways of fulfilling His Word that are totally different from the ways we think.
Sometimes, we miss our breakthroughs because we focus our attention on one way that we expect the prophetic Word to be fulfilled instead of just letting God be God and letting His will or His ways prevail. Remember, God is not limited by space, time, resources, distance, or any other limitations that limit us as humans. For example, you may receive a prophetic Word that you will be married before this year ends, and then your long-term relationship you have been in ends unexpectedly the following day. It does not necessarily mean that it is the devil fighting that prophetic Word. It could be God just doing His work as God to have His Word fulfilled.
For the evidence of His Presence to be seen upon your life, just believe that every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God will be fulfilled. How it is going to be fulfilled, leave that to Him. Do not try to limit God on the options available by assuming the ways you think the prophecy will be fulfilled.

Num.23.19 – “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
