REVELATION

2Kgs.4.9 – And she said to her husband, “Look now, I know that this is a holy man of God who passes by us regularly.
Whenever God is about to do something in your life or is about to elevate you to another level, He sends certain people into your life. The onus is now on you to recognise that these people have been sent by God for a certain purpose in my life.
Many of us have been praying for certain things to happen or certain doors to open in our lives. God then answered our prayers by sending certain persons into our lives. However, most of us we missed those opportunities because we failed to recognise the destiny helpers when they came into our lives. Destiny helpers when they come, come from the most unlikely sources or from the people we least expected. Whilst you are expecting your brother who is in the United Kingdom to provide you with capital to start off that business, God may actually answer your prayer by linking you with a random stranger in the market place or even in a commuter omnibus.
So it takes revelation for you to recognise your source of good news. At a very early stage, Jonathan received the revelation that David was not an ordinary man and quickly established a friendship with him that later benefited his son Mephibosheth. The Shunemite woman received the revelation of who Elisha was and started to partner with him, and she and her husband later had a baby.
In this season of receiving good news, it is very important that you also pray and ask God for this gift of revelation. Many times, we blame God for not answering prayers that He has long answered and the opportunities presented themselves without us recognising them. Pray to God that you do not miss the bearer of your good news due to lack of revelation.
